Paul is the Founder and Group CEO of Westport Partners. As an entrepreneur and business builder, Paul has 2 decades of experience sourcing, placing and developing talent within MNCs across Asia, Europe and the US.

Based in Singapore, Paul spearheads the 3 Divisions of the firm (1) Executive Search (2) Career Coaching and (3) Business Optimisation. Operating cross-border, the team's foundation and research process are supported by swift competitive intelligence on the global marketplace with an emphasis on the Asia Pacific region. Paul founded Westport Partners with a view to creating a Human Resources Consultancy that specialises in supporting the Careers and Businesses of professionals that we partner with.

WHEN NOT WORKING

A dedicated family man, with a beautiful and talented wife, 3 rambunctious kids and 2 dogs that love to tear up the house. Paul is a lifelong martial artist and boxer who loves adventure, the great outdoors, travelling, eating delicious food and drinking a few glasses of wine with his favourite cigars.

Mark has 18 years of expertise as a Strategic Consulting Partner with International and Regional Financial Institutions across the U.K., GCC states and the Asia Pacific region.

Mark Heads up our North Asian and Thai & Vietnamese markets His strategic role is to drive and oversee the client experience directly responding to our corporate Recruitment needs. He is also responsible for new business development and marketing, spearheading the expansion of our business throughout these key markets.

His extensive expertise includes working across multi-disciplines such as Strategic and Tactical Talent Resourcing and Compensation & Benefits. Mark specialises in leading projects to increase employee engagement and better talent retention, providing a truly holistic and tailored approach to supporting our client’s businesses.

WHEN NOT WORKING

Mark is Eurasian, happily married with a beautiful Son and has lived in the UK, the Middle East and Thailand and has been based in Hong Kong since 2011.

Head of Research, Asia & Middle East

Isaac is instrumental in managing the foundation of Westport Partners’ Research and Support Functions in Asia. The firm has been built on a foundation of detailed and up-to-date in-house research.

Over the past five years, Isaac has worked with numerous banks throughout Asia which want to review their Talent Management functions including assessing compensation and benefits and developing aggressive hiring strategies in all kinds of business environments. Isaac consults with clients in the region to manage their crucial recruitment needs and processes through the strategic identification of suitable key talent.

WHEN NOT WORKING

Aside from gaming and spending time with his family, Isaac enjoys hitting the gym and track. A whiskey enthusiast, when time permits Isaac enjoys going to the theatre and watching musical productions.
