One of our key Banking clients engaged us to Streamline and Enhance their Recruitment Best Practices. The core focus was to create a uniform approach across senior management in the region, working hand in hand with HR and the Bank’s search partners. The Bank identified that as much as 80% of their Net New Money each year came from new Relationship Manager hires and resultantly wanted to optimise their efficiency across all HR related Recruitment Processes and Systems.
